Shiro Abhyanga (Indian Head Massage)
Shiro abhyanga is a full upper body massage and relaxation that includes the head, neck, and shoulders. In this revitalizing Ayurvedic treatment, the marma points are specifically massaged using oils rich with herbs and unique to the dosha.
Asian Aroma Massage

- Lemon – Refresh and uplift
- Orange – Energize and revitalize
- Rosemarry – Soothe and balance
- Lavender – Calm and relax
Asian Dream Massage
Clients can experience deep relaxation and revitalization with the authentic touch of this Asian massage technique. Clients can choose any two areas to focus on :-
- Back and Shoulder – Ease tension and feel refreshed.
- Head – Calm one’s mind and relax.
- Foot – Revive aching feet.
- Hand – Relieve stress in one’s hands.
Gua Sha Body Massage
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese form of body massage. In order to do this massage, a spatula-like comb made of metal, bone, horn, stone, or semi-precious stones is put to use to scratch the skin of the troubled area. The treatment aims to increase blood flow, eliminate muscle membranes that have become stuck to the muscle, reduce pain, speed up metabolism, and rid the body of old blood and mucus.
Coco Glow Scrub
The reviving Coco Glow Scrub starts with a mild dry scrub with exfoliating gloves, then moves into a nourishing massage with coconut oil, and ends with essential oils to fully hydrate and revitalize the skin. It’s ideal for a smooth, silky, and glowing complexion.
Oriental Foot Massage
In order to reduce stress and enhance general well-being, this provides a remarkably soothing and rejuvenating experience that targets pressure spots on the foot.
Bamboo Massage
This is a unique treatment that uses bamboo sticks of varying sizes and pressure to target specific areas of one’s body. This safe and effective therapy relieves stress, eases muscle tension, and boosts blood circulation.
Back and Shoulder Massage
To ease tension and stiffness in the neck and shoulder area, a back and shoulder massage is a great treatment. This treatment is the perfect solution for the strain resulting from modern sedentary jobs, where many people spend a lot of time in static positions at a computer, which puts stress on their necks, shoulders, and backs.
Head Massage
This head massage uses gentle methods that both soothe and revitalize. By applying pressure to acupoints, it relieves tension in the head, neck, and shoulder. This relaxing treatment promotes a deep sense of calm.
Kizhi (Ayurvedic Bolus Massage)
Fomentation treatment uses herbal poultices to alleviate inflammation of the muscles, joints, and nerves. By balancing the vata and kapha doshas, it efficiently helps with stiffness, discomfort, and weight difficulties. The four primary categories of kizhi are muthira, lavana, podi, and njavara kizhi.
Basti (Oil Retention)
It is a technique for keeping the warm therapeutic oil in the knee, neck, or lower back inside a specifically built frame made of black gram flour. It works well for a number of ailments, including osteoarthritis, muscular spasms, stiffness, and neck and hip discomfort.
Udvartanam (Powder Massage)
Using herbal powders, it’s a unique therapeutic massage. In this massage, the warm herbal powder is pushed upwards against the direction of the hair follicles. Each of the seven postures is used for this.
Paada Abhyanga (Foot Massage)
This massage enhances the body’s circulation and helps to cleanse the channels. It clears the body’s channels of impurities and increases mental and physical flexibility.
