At Time of Reservation

Kindly let the spa know about any allergies, health issues, or pregnancy; if you have a preference for a particular therapist or gender; and if you are celebrating any special occasions.

Arrival Time

Kindly arrive at least half an hour before the time of your scheduled treatment. In addition to enjoying the extensive amenities, which include a sauna, steam rooms, experience showers, and a jacuzzi, this will enable a quick conversation regarding the client’s expectations for treatment. Being late will cut into the amount of time available for therapy, which will reduce both its efficacy and the patient’s happiness.

Personal Belongings

If valuables are left unattended, whether in a changing room or another location, the hotel is not responsible for their loss, damage, or misplacement.

Age Requirements

In order to use the spa’s amenities, locker rooms, and relaxation areas, guests must be at least 16 years old. No one under the age of sixteen may have a massage or facial. Children are not allowed in the spa’s facilities or treatment area, even if they are accompanying an adult.

Treatment Recommendations

Before receiving body treatments, it is not advised to shave. Men don’t have to shave before getting a facial. Tell your therapist right away if you feel uncomfortable because of the temperature in the room, the pressure of the massage, the volume of the music, or any other circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
