Appointment and Cancellation Policy :

Appoinment Policy : Due to the popularity of the services provided in this centre, they highly recommend that clients schedule an appointment in advance. A credit card number or valid gift certificate that covers the full service cost is required to restore services.
Cancellation Policy : Since their priority is to provide personal services to their clients, no shows and cancellations affect their staff and their other clients greatly. They request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of a service. Cancellations occuring after the required time listed and no-shows will result in a full charge of the total price of services scheduled.
