Ayurveda Garden Germany – Since establishing Ayurveda Garden in 2001, Dr. Shine Koorkaparambil and Gudrun Samuel have been working to introduce authentic Ayurveda from Kerala to Germany. Situated within easy walking distance, the Ayurveda Garden wellness center consists of three adjacent houses.
The Main House Saline 1
All of the treatments are available in the main house of Saline 1, which is where clients are welcomed. To maximize the therapeutic advantages, customers can relax before and after in the spacious “Quiet Room.” This center provides a gentle yoga program for all of its guests upstairs in the morning before breakfast.
Restaurant and Seminar Saline 2
The dining area and kitchen of this neighboring home are where they serve meals to their guests. Additionally, there is a store with a large selection of Ayurvedic items, cooking books, incense, herbs, spices, Ayurvedic shampoos, and other Indian treasures. Visitors can take advantage of Ayurveda Garden’s lecture and film programs in the seminar room.

They have two double rooms and thirteen single rooms in their guest house, all of which are equipped with a hair dryer, toilet, and bathtub or shower. Books, newspapers, and the chance to socialize with other guests are accessible to their guests in the lounge.
Panchakarma Treatment :
Panchakarma depends on the principle of using the body’s own organs and elimination pathways to restore imbalances and rejuvenate the body by eliminating waste and toxic chemicals.
